About Us – MHfinder.net was started by Larry Schnepf and Jeremy Schnepf. They are real estate appraisers who understand the need to access high quality data in a timely manner.

Larry Schnepf, MAI begin his appraisal career in 1974 in Mesa, Arizona working for D. Delos Ellsworth, ARA (retired), while still in college. Mr. Ellsworth was the past Nation President of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. He begin practice as a full time appraiser in 1976 as a partner in Ag Land Ltd., small firm that specialized in agricultural properties. In 1980 he became an independent fee appraiser and Corporate Real Estate Broker for Kaibab Industries as well as a partner in Payson West, a 300 acre subdivision development in Payson, Arizona. In 1982 the Payson project was sold and Mr. Schnepf became associated with the late David N. Peterson, MAI and Patrick Nolan, MAI at Real Estate Science Corporation, located in uptown Phoenix. It is during this period of time that Mr. Schnepf’s commercial real estate experience begin to flourish and he spent six years of concentrated effort appraising hundreds of commercial properties.

Jeremy Schnepf graduated from Arizona State University in 2011 and has been an appraisal researcher for Schnepf Ellsworth Appraisal Group LLC since 2007. He is the driving force behind the Mobile Home MAP.
